Joe's Pizza, Pasta & Subs - Southlake

Kicking off my journey with one of the old favorites. Joe’s Pizza Pasta & Subs, Southlake. This is the perfect lunchtime pizza spot for one person or ten. At lunch, they always seem to have 5 or 6 pizza ready for by the slice. Enough that even picky eaters can find one that they’ll like, or they can just customize a slice of cheese. The crust is always the perfect balance of crisp and chewy. The toppings, sauce, and cheese are in great proportions. So no one steals the show from the others.
